ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Fall semester intake: Applications accepted from July to September
Spring semester intake: Applications accepted from January to February

If you would like to apply with us , we need the following documents :

1. Original and Copies of Passport
2. Photographs(6 nos)
3. No Objection Letter from parents attested from Concerned Embassy
4. No Objection Letter from previous sponsor with Commercial Registration with Signing Authorities signature
5. Medical Report
6. Visa Processing Fees.

VISA APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Prospective international students will initially be given visiting visa to complete their registration and acceptance process at the institution. The college shall place a request and bear its responsibilities.
2. After the application and acceptance process are finalized, the prospective applicant will be given a two-year renewable student visa in accordance to the college’s verification for the remaining study period.
3. The applicant is required to request a letter from the institution when applying for a student visa (Not form Ministry of Higher Education).
4. International applicants residing within Oman may request for a visa transfer to obtain a student visa except for work visas. To complete the visa transfer, the applicant is required to not leave the country and applicable fees apply.
5. Once an applicant receives a student visa, they may request for a visitor’s visa for their first degree family members. The visitor’s visa will be under the sponsorship and responsibility of the institution.
